CUSTOM PICTURE FRAMING

We have over 1200 framing samples and over 700 colors in matting. Circle and Oval frames also available. The Preservation Framer is known for its everyday low prices. PHOTO RESTORATION

The Preservation Framer is thrilled to be able to offer the finest in Digital Photo Restoration currently available, and all at an affordable price! With our experience in this field, we can make your aged or damaged photographs look as good as new, in helping to sharpen blurry images, clarify shadows, and lighten, brighten, and enrich gloomy and faded snapshots. All of our completed work is printed on high quality matte paper, and is, of course, then suitable for gorgeous framing! These matte finished photos are available from wallet sized up to 30x40’’. Keeping with our preservation tradition, we encourage everyone to take advantage of this service – your photographs should look as good as they did 10, 20, even 75 years ago! These are YOUR memories and should be proudly cherished!

ORIGINAL ART

Along with a Monthly Rotating Art Gallery, The Preservation Framer is proud in supporting the Community by offering local art for sale. North Attleboro is a town that is both rich in talent and strong in creativity, and we are excited to be able to showcase photography from the likes of Patty Hitchcock and Jen Osojnicki. We also feature original works by Colleen Vandeventer, and Lindsay Nygaard, along with the annual winners of The North Attleboro Junior-Senior Student Art Show. Furthermore, The Preservation Framer remains the exclusive retailer of the incomparable Peter Clarke, whose pen and ink illustrations have made him a nationally recognized figure, and whose depictions of turn-of-the-century townships and local hot spots have elevated him to legendary status around southeastern Massachusetts. ENLARGEMENTS

We can make a high quality enlargement easy. We take small prints, negatives and slides and transform them to large beautiful high quality prints. Let us bring an important memory to its larger than life status by enlarging, printing and framing for preserving. (size of enlargement depends on quality of original image. Some digital restoration may be needed before enlargement)

PRINT TO CANVAS AND PAPER

With the ever growing popularity of Photography, and more recently, Digital Photography, The Preservation Framer is proud to offer Prints to Canvas and Paper. We can take your favorite photograph and put it onto stretched canvas or professional matte paper, and then frame it! We are excited to offer this service, and have had quite a large response as well as stunning results from this process! Prints range in an assortment of sizes, from 8x10" up to 30x40’’, and would make the perfect centerpiece in any room or office, along with the perfect gift!

CREATIVE DIGITAL & "POP ART"

Along with Photo Restoration, we offer Creative Digital Portraiture. The Preservation Framer can take your favorite photographs and give them a Pop-Art feel, reminiscent of the late great Andy Warhol and his popularization of silk screen color blocks. These Pop-Art treatments are truly one-of-a kind, and The Preservation Framer excels in helping you design and create your very own! These specially designed canvases are available in many square sizes, from 10x10 up to 50x50! The color saturation is rich and fun, and there are several funky additional graphics available for design incorporation (or create your own). We also offer Cartoon Portraiture, a cool way to look at yourself and your loved ones (pets included)! Unlike caricatures, where body parts are distorted, these Cartoon Portraits shine a better light on the subject matter, showing you as a good looking cartoon! Both are very clever alternatives to standard Portrait Photography, and as are samples demonstrate, they are all 100% fun!!

With our warehouse / manufacturing facility, we are capable of producing Ready Made frames quickly. We understand that along with Custom Framing, Art is all about choice. That is why we provide you with a wide variety of Ready Made Frames and Mats at an affordable price. We look at Custom Framing, along with Framed Art, as furniture, and consider both to be an integral part of your room’s design. In keeping with the ongoing “Preservation” theme of our business, we are now proud to introduce Vintage Town Maps (both Framed and Unframed). Although many surrounding towns are well represented, most any town or village map is available, and can be ordered through The Preservation Framer.
