Multi award winning and internationally published artist,
Paul Roustan's work has appeared on Spike TV, the Chicago Sun-Times, Airbrush Action Magazine & Playboy among others. His work has been displayed in over a dozen galleries in the past year.
A born native of Chicago, IL, Roustan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2002. After his move to Rhode Island, he completed a Master of Arts in Teaching degree at the Rhode Island School of Design in 2006.
Roustan's airbrushed bodypaintings have been used for corporate, private,
television, and nightclub events worldwide, including clients Playboy, Bacardi, Tupperware, Absolut, and more. His work has also been featured in fashion shows, parades, photographic workshops, and magazines.
Artist reception is September 11th from 7pm-10pm with wine and food & music by DJ Robert Redd.
The Preservation Framer is both a Custom Picture Framing Store and a Gallery Space. We are very pleased to have showcased some exceptional talent since our opening in November of 2008. The first Saturday of every month has been reserved for Artist Receptions, and each event has definitely been a night to remember. These openings have created such a buzz that people are now coming from much further afield, and in growing numbers, to partake in monthly evenings of live music, great food and wine, and of course, magnificent original art! It has become a wonderful evening to network and celebrate, to mix and mingle, and of course to purchase truly one-of-a-kind quality artwork at prices more affordable than Newbury St. in Boston or similar districts in Cape Cod, Provincetown, or Providence, RI.
